ABATA BRAND began as a restaurant business “Jamantory” Later, we launched our first product, "Frozen Fermented Fish." Following that, we introduced an RTE (Ready-to-Eat) product, "Masak Lemak Cili Api Daging Salai," and collaborated with Kembara Sufi with the aim of promoting RTE products to the public.


After spending several years in this industry, we saw a significant opportunity for SME product entrepreneurs to enhance their product quality, extend shelf life, and improve convenience through RETORT TECHNOLOGY.

  • Retorting is heating of low acid
    foods prone to microbial spoilage in
    hermatically sealed containers to
    extend their shelf life.
  • The goal of retort processing is to
    obtain commercial sterilization by
    application of heat.
